Lawrence Santi was born into the hospitality industry, with a family background of restaurateurs and nightclub owners. He has managed, owned, operated and sold numerous restaurants, pub groups, hotels and nightclubs, and is the CEO and founder of Marylebone Leisure Group, which owns and operates venues across the UK including Barsmith Event Bars and The Spirits of Ecstasy.
