The Infusion Lab

The Infusion Lab is a big part of MLG, where menu creation starts. Led by our own Infusion Chef, it produces over 50 different unique infused spirits, syrups and liqueurs, from Chili Gin to Marmite Vodka or Nutella Brandy. All of our cocktails incorporate these infusions, so a cocktail from one of our sites won't be available anywhere else.
